Samsung acquires HARMAN for a considerable amount

Evidentely, problems caused by the failure of Galaxy Note 7 has not stopped Samsung to expand its ownerships, rather trying to go on and to grow up even more, in fact Samsung has spent about 8 billons dollars to complete this transaction.

The concerned multinational is HARMAN Internation Industries; specialized in automized systems applied to driving vehicles, this operation has permitted to get under control other brands inherent audio systems (JBL, AKG, etc), so really high valued products which will be used into next Samsung devices, perhaps.

The operation will be completed next year, and so HARMAN will continue working under Samsung control.
